Sarah Aspden is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and Accredited Nutritionist and the owner operator of Northshore Community dietetics. Sarah is a USC honours graduate, qualified cook, and has worked in the weight loss industry, in hospital and aged care food service roles. Sarah also tutors in Nutritional Biochemistry and Foundations in Medical Science labs at USC.
She had special interests in women’s health, sleep apnoea, food allergies and intolerances and gut health. Sarah uses her own health experiences to provide a service that has a level of empathy and understanding that can only come from experience.
